School of Economics and Management, Tongji University, XLRI School of Business & Human Resources, and Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University, 3 of the leading institutions in their countries, join force to offer an integrated global MBA program which builds on the strengths of each partner school. The program aims to develop new generation of international business leaders with truly global vision, cutting-edge management knowledge, and work experience in 3 major economies in today’s world (China, India and US) to meet increasing demand for global management talents. It is a two-year full-time program in English. Students from China, India and US mix together studying and doing real-world projects in the 3 countries respectively. Upon successful completion of the program, students receive the MBA degree from their home school, the certificates from the other 2 partner schools as a unique testament to their overseas education and project experience.

Being part of the Global MBA program is an amazing experience. We are truly global as a student body with classmates from different countries and with very diverse backgrounds. That is what makes this program a unique cultural and educational adventure. Living in Shanghai and studying at Tongji University provides a perspective on China that you cannot learn from books. This will make us truly global managers.
“I feel privileged to be a part of this unique MBA program which is giving us an opportunity to learn in three dynamic environments of China, India and USA. Our class consists of a fine mix of people from diverse fields and nationalities through which we can be exposed to different cultures and learn from myriad experiences.”
It is an amazing journey to sit in a classroom with classmates from multi-cultural backgrounds. It will be even more exciting to get personal experience over the countries where they come from! Sharing different opinions and practicing team work will help us enhance our cultural intelligence and cultivate our business acumen at the same time. As a first-year student of Global MBA, I’m looking forward to coming up with more surprises over the following school life
